Returns

If a piece isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

What qualifies

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and in resellable shape. Gift cards, clearance/final-sale items, and personalized pieces can't be returned.

How to start a return

Email sales@casaventi.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back, and we'll send return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization can't be processed.

Return shipping & refunds

  • For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping; the original shipping charge (if any) isn't refunded.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

That's on us. Email sales@casaventi.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap an item is to return the original and place a new order.
