Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states). We don't ship internationally yet.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Casaventi pieces ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Standard delivery is typically 7–15 business days after processing, though some items take longer depending on the piece and where it ships from. The estimate for your specific items is shown at checkout.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in more than one shipment, sometimes on different days — each gets its own tracking.

Shipping cost

• Free standard shipping on US orders over $150.
• Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays

Carrier backlogs, weather, and peak periods can occasionally push delivery beyond the estimate. If your order seems stuck, email sales@casaventi.com with your order number and we'll chase it down.
