Materials & Care

• Material: Cast iron
• Hand-wash with warm soapy water to preserve the seasoned finish
• After each use, dry thoroughly and apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to maintain rust resistance
• For long-term storage, wipe a thin layer of cooking oil inside the skillet
• If rust develops, use a scouring pad and salt to remove it
• Seasoning improves with repeated use, making the surface darker and smoother over time
