Materials & Care

Constructed from food-grade stainless steel with a nonstick coating. Hand wash only using soft tools and mild detergent to preserve the nonstick surface. Avoid sharp objects, strong acid and alkali cleaners, high-temperature steam, and boiling. Recommended baking temperature is below 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not leave food in the pans for extended periods.
