Materials & Care

Cast iron construction. Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately. Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil or cooking oil after each use to maintain the seasoning. To season a new skillet, heat over medium heat, apply oil with a paper towel or cloth to all surfaces, and repeat 2–3 times for 3–5 minutes each. Store with a light coat of oil to prevent rust.
