Overview

This commercial hot dog steamer features a 2-tier design with food-grade shelves capable of storing and displaying approximately 175 hot dogs and 40 buns. Internal steam heating keeps food warm and moist without drying it out.

Temperature control ranges from 86℉ to 185℉ (30–85℃), adjustable via a simple knob. The 4.5L water tank provides consistent humidity, with a side drainage outlet for easy emptying.
