A commercial-grade refrigerated prep table featuring 7.4 cubic feet of capacity and a spacious 28-inch work surface. Equipped with a digital control screen to maintain internal temperatures between 33–41°F (2–8°C), this unit is designed for sandwich, salad, and pizza preparation in busy kitchen environments.
The insulated cabinet door features automatic closing within a 75° angle and closes without requiring a push, enhancing food preservation and energy efficiency. Internal lighting makes it easy to access and organize stored ingredients.
The cabinet is constructed with insulated walls and a foam-insulated door. Storage pans are made of food-grade polycarbonate (PC) material and are easy to clean. The cooling system uses finned copper tubing for optimal heat exchange and efficiency.
