This compact double electric hot plate delivers 2000W of power across two independent 6-inch burners, making it ideal for dorms, offices, RVs, and home kitchens. Each burner heats quickly and evenly without hot or cold spots, with five adjustable temperature levels to suit any cooking task.
The unit features automatic overheat protection that cuts power when the burner reaches its maximum safe temperature for each setting, then resumes operation once cooled.
Cast iron burners with metal housing. Wipe non-electrical parts with a damp sponge or wet cloth after the unit has cooled completely. Do not immerse in water. For first use, run on level 3 for 3–5 minutes to evaporate the protective furnace coating—minor smoke is normal. Always ensure cookware has a flat, smooth bottom and matches the burner diameter for optimal heating.
