Materials & Care
- Iron case with protective coating; copper cable
- Wipe non-electrical parts with a damp sponge or soft cloth after cooling completely and unplugging
- Do not immerse the hot plate in water; do not touch heating coils during or immediately after use
- On first use, run at level 3 for 3–5 minutes to evaporate the protective coating film (minor smoke is normal)
- Ensure cookware has a smooth, flat bottom matching the burner size; keep a 30 cm (12 in) clear radius around the unit during operation
