A multifunctional folding power cage designed for home gym strength training. Features a wall-mounted design with a foldable frame that supports barbell squats, bench presses, pull-ups, landmine rows, and full-body workouts. Includes 2 J-hooks, a landmine holder, and a pull-up bar.

The space-saving folding design occupies 10 sq.ft when opened and compacts to just 2.7 sq.ft when folded, making it ideal for garages and compact home gyms. Weight plates are not included.
