Compatible with multiple heat sources including wood, charcoal, and propane, this pan works indoors or outdoors. A built-in thermometer allows you to monitor internal temperature and prevent scorching during the evaporation process.
Made from 0.06" (1.5mm) thickened 304 stainless steel, food-grade and meeting food safety standards. The material resists rust and corrosion while providing excellent heat distribution. Includes integrated thermometer and drain valve.
