A pre-seasoned carbon steel pizza plate engineered for superior heat conductivity. With 20× higher heat conductivity and 2× greater heat capacity than ceramic stones, it delivers restaurant-quality, crispy pizza at home.
The 1/4" thick plate has been oxidation and sandblasted treated to create a smooth, rust-resistant surface ready to use straight out of the box.
Carbon steel construction. Wipe clean with a soft cloth and water. The pre-seasoned surface requires no special conditioning before first use.
